I%26#39;m on the countdown now. I%26#39;ve been discussing with Bettina the chances of a TA meetup whilst I%26#39;m in town(apart from New Years Eve, I have , like Elizabeth Bennett, no fixed engagements). She has suggested cocktails in one of the ';view'; locations..Mandarin Oriental, Peninsula,Rainbow Grill etc Is anyone up for this? Bettina...do you know what date the food tour with Red might be so a date can be sorted.

Helen (Hot and sunny again today - we are being told that stormy change is still on its way)

Karen%26#39;s going to New York, Helen%26#39;s stuck in blistering sunshine and I%26#39;m off to my parents in cold cold Nottingham and then back up to colder Durham for NYE.....hmmmm.....me envious.....nah - I%26#39;d much rather spend my NYE round the in-laws making small talk with the whole clan than in Central Park watching fireworks.....as if!!!
