what time will dusk be in Feb??

we%26#39;ve only got 3 nights in NY. Arrive 12 Feb 6pm from Virginia (visiting friends) and we leave 15th Feb 7.30pm.

There are a few places that i want to see in daylight and night views (Top of the rock, ESB, Brooklyn bridge). The best way to doit without going back to each twice is to be there when the sun sets but i don%26#39;t know what time that is.

Any ideas or should i try posting again closer to the time?
