Disappointed at Asia de Cuba

This is for anyone who is planning to go to this restaurant....don%26#39;t!

I went with my boyfriend on Xmas Eve, our first night in New York, did not enjoy it at all....service rushed and anonymous interior design.

The food was the worst aspect though....asian fusion cuisine is fine. I like it and have had it many times. However, the flavours have to be balanced correctly and here they weren%26#39;t. Who puts black cod miso with a deep fried pepper and mint flavoured beans????!

We both felt sick after eating here...save your money!

I know it seems like a strong reaction but it honestly was not a great experience - we have been to the branches in both London and San Fran and San Fran was the definite winner: it had a slightly better menu and a great atmosphere...

I would highly recommend Kittichai if you like satisfying and delicately flavoured asian cuisine though....
