We will be arriving 3rd April there will be four adults with 3 suitcases and hand luggage will we all fit in a cab with our luggage or can anyone suggest an altrnative.

If you mean you will have a total of 3 suitcases for all 4 adults (as opposed to 3 bags each) there is no reason I see that you could not fit into one cab.
Note, by the way, that I said ';fit';; this is hardly the same thing as ';fit comfortably';, though!
