We%26#39;ll be returning to NYC with 2 teenage kids in September and my son wants to go to a Yankee game. Where is the best place for us to purchase decent seats (we know we%26#39;ll pay over face value) not in the nosebleed section right now. We%26#39;ll be there for the Yanks vs. Orioles Sept 25 - 28.

I got mine on ebay. I%26#39;ve looked at other sites and there were a bit cheaper, but we are going to the Yankees/Red Sox so that may be why they%26#39;re more expensive.

didnt have any problems with them.

We bought tickets for end of August last year going ticketmaster website. Patience paid off, because at first seats were only available in a higher section. New tickets must have been released later on because we ended up with great seats.

i agree - better seats will probably end up on ticketmaster later on. usually the yankees put tickets onsale before they take care of the season ticketholders, holding the better seats for that purpose. once the season ticket holders are taken care of, they usually release more.
