where to propose(again!)

Im taking my girlfriend to New York in 2 weeks time and am going to pop the question-the only thing is that Ive no idea where to do it and I want it to be perfect!!! She loves friends and her favorite show is s*x and the city so I was hoping maybe to tie it in with that-have any of the characters proposed anywhere romantic or anything in the show?

Any other ideas would be great also

Remember Friends was actually shot in LA so apart from the outside of their building (I think) and mention of Ross%26#39; job at the Museum of Natural History, there aren%26#39;t really NYC locations from Friends.

yeah I think the horse drawn carriage idea is good-or somewhere quiet in central park. As a s*x and the city follower, there havent been many romantic proposals in it-there was one outside tiffany%26#39;s (and that wasnt even a proper proposal) and carrie was proposed to in a street while walking aidans dog so wasnt the most romantic proposal there either.
