Do you realize a 3 bedroom is not easy to find? You might be able to find a 2 bedroom with a sofabed in the sitting room for 2. How many people do you need to sleep? Kids or adults?
One option is to run your own ad on newyork.craigslist.com for what you want and let people respond to you. Maybe someone is going away.
